Prognostic role of a 21- gene recurrence score assay in patients with early breast cancer

摘要 21-基因复发评分芯片是一种判断乳腺癌预后的工具,通过检测21种基因并计算复发分数(Rs),从而将患者分为低、中、高危组来判断预后。与现有的几种判断预后工具相比较,21-基因芯片有着更大的优势,与传统预后因素联合应用可明显提高预测患者预后的准确性。 21-Gene recurrence score assay is a tool of judging the prognosis of breast cancer. Through detecting the 21kind of genes and calculating the recurrence score (RS) ,the patients can be divided into three groups: low, intermediate, and high risk groups. Comparing with other tools, 21-gene assay is more accurate, especially used with other traditional prognostic factors.
