摘要
利用P ro/E软件建立自行车车架三维实体模型,并对建立的模型进行合适有效的简化,然后将简化后的模型导入AN SY S中并建立车架有限元模型。通过对车架施加载荷与约束,得到其应力应变分布规律,对车架的优化设计有一定的实用价值。
The paper set up the 3D solid model of a portable bicycle frame,and simplified the model properly,then transmitted the model into ANSYS to build the finite element model of the bicycle frame. It was imposed load and constrain,then the stress-strain distribution was achieved.
