单光子发射型计算机断层肺灌注显像在肺癌放疗中的研究进展

摘要 现代功能影像技术的发展为肺癌放疗提供了更多信息,单光子发射型计算机断层(SPECT)肺灌注显像更好地反映了肿瘤周围肺组织功能变化,在放疗计划的优化、评价局部肺组织功能和预测放疗后放射性肺损伤方面显示了重要价值。 Functional images offer more information for radiotherapy of lung cancer. Single photon emissioh computed tomography(SPECT) lung perfusion images can better show functional changes of lung around the tumor and show important value in optimizing radiotherapy planning, evaluating local lung function and predicting lung injury caused by radiotherapy.
