摘要
目的:研究胫骨平台后内侧骨折创伤机制的生物力学意义。方法:选用成人离体膝关节标本,在屈曲90°的情况下给予加载速率为40 mm·min^(-1)的垂直载荷,绘制时间-载荷曲线,记录造成后内侧骨折的最大载荷及伴随损伤情况。结果:在膝关节屈曲90°予以轴向载荷可致胫骨平台后内侧骨折,且多伴前交叉韧带损伤。结论:膝关节屈曲90°轴向载荷是导致胫骨平台后内侧骨折的一种创伤机制,ACL损伤在此创伤机制中占有重要作用。
Objective : To study the biomechanical significance of traumatic mechanism of postermedial tibial plateau fracture. Methods: The models were produced by adult cadaver knee joints, apeak stress to models was given when it was in flexion 90°, the velocity was 40 mm· min^-1 The time - stress curve was protracted and the furthest stress that caused the tibial plateau fracture and concomitancy trauma was registered. Results: The postermedial tibial plateau fracture was caused when apeak stress was given to knee joint in flexion 90°, combined with anterior cruciate ligament damaged. Conclusion: The stress of axial direction on the knee joint in flexion 90° is a traumatic mechanism of postermedial tibial plateau fracture, and anterior cruciate ligament injuries plays an important role in this mechanism.
