两类小麦温敏雄性不育系育性敏感时期生理生化指标的变化 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究两类雄性不育小麦(C49S型光温敏不育小麦K2-875-2A和YS型温敏不育小麦3017A)雄性败育的生理生化机制,在低温不育(白天13℃,夜间10℃)和高温可育(白天23℃,夜间19℃)条件下,对两类雄性不育小麦花药发育过程中小穗的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、脯氨酸以及RNA含量进行了测定。结果表明,不育和可育条件下,两类雄性不育小麦小穗可溶性蛋白质含量在二核期后均呈现下降的趋势;各时期可溶性蛋白质含量不育条件下均低于可育条件;不育和可育条件下可溶性糖含量均逐步降低,到三核期达到最小值。不育条件下可溶性糖含量均低于可育条件;不育条件下脯氨酸含量呈下降的趋势,而可育条件下则呈上升的趋势,不育条件下脯氨酸含量低于可育条件,其中三核期脯氨酸含量差异最大;不育和可育条件下RNA含量均呈现下降趋势,RNA含量单核期以后不育条件下均低于可育条件。 To study the biochemical mechanism of two temperature sensitive male sterile wheat lines, two types of male sterile wheat lines were placed in sterile conditions of low temperature(Day 13℃, Night 10℃ ) and fertile conditions (Day 23 ℃, Night 19 ℃) , respectively. Male sterile wheat lines were selected to measurement the soluble protein, soluble sugar, proline and RNA in panicles at different growth stages of spikes. The results showed that the soluble protein content were lower markedly in both sterile conditions and fertile conditions after the dinucleate stage. The soluble protein content in sterile conditions was lower than that in fertile conditions. The soluble sugar content gradually decreased, and reached its lowest in trinucleate stage, The soluble sugar content in sterile conditions was lower than that in fertile condi tions. The free proline content decreased in sterile conditions,and increased in their fertile conditions. The free proline content in sterile conditions was lower than that in fertile conditions, and reached their biggest difference in trinueleate stage stage. The RNA content were lower markedly in both sterile conditions and fertile conditions, The RNA content in sterile conditions was lower than that in fertile conditions after the uninucleate stage.
