幽门螺杆菌在胃内分布情况的探讨

GASTRIC DISTRIBUTION OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI IN CANCER PREVALENT AREA

探讨Ｈｐ在胃癌高危人群胃内的分布情况。对胃癌高发区成年人群５３３人做内镜、快速尿素酶试验及４块胃粘膜活检组织学检查，Ｈｐ以组织学检查为标准，所有数据均做χ２检验。结果：１．人群Ｈｐ的检出率为６４．５４％。２．Ｈｐ在不同疾病及病变的检出率中，以活动性胃炎最高（９２．４３％），其次为十二指肠溃疡（８９．４７％），胃溃疡为（８３．３３％）。３．Ｈｐ在胃内分布情况：胃底部检出率最高（６１．５１％），其次为体小弯（５５．６６％），窦大弯（５１．２４％），窦小弯（５０．８５％）。胃底部Ｈｐ检出率明显高于窦部（Ｐ＜０．０１）。４．对不同活检部位进行组合比较Ｈｐ的检出率：胃窦小弯，体小弯，加胃底部３块组织的Ｈｐ检出率基本代表取４块组织的Ｈｐ检出率。

A survey of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection status on adult population in gastric cancer prevalent area was made to observe the distribution of Hp in stomach.533 individuals were subjected to gastroendoscopy and specimens taken from 4 different parts for histology with WS stain positive as criterion of Hp infection.Data were treated with chi square test.Results revealed that 1.Hp infection in adults maintained 6454%;2.That rose to 9243% with active gastritis,to 8940% with duodenal ulcer and 8333% with gastric ulcer;3.The rates of Hp infection distributed to fundus,body along lesser curvature and antrum on greater and lsser curvature were respectively 6151%,5666%,5124% and 5085%;4.The incidence of Hp infection at fundus appeared higher than that in antrum (P<001).By comparison the detection rates of Hp with 4 biopsies from fundus,body and antrum along lesser and greater curvatures were found similar to that with 3 specimens from fundus,body and antrum on lesser curvature.
