矸石电厂汽机管系使用可靠性分析

摘要 在某电厂汽机管系大修过程中,发现汽机管系流体输送管道误用了结构用无缝钢管,该批能否继续使用需要进行评价。测定了抽样管道的化学成分和机械性能,开展了抽样管道的水压爆破试验和压扁工艺性能试验。按照可靠性方法分析了各试验参数的随机分布规律,计算了按GB3087接收该批管道的接收概率,应用应力-强度干涉模型分析了汽机管系各管道的使用可靠性。结果发现有18.75%的管道使用可靠度偏低,建议立即更换。 Some structural seamless steel pipes are misused in the steam turbine piping system of a certain power plant, which obviously disagrees with the national standard. So, safety evaluations should be done to determine whether these pipes can be used in a power plant without any safety problem. In order to understand material properties of these misused pipes, we have conducted chemical composition tests of 16 samples, mechanical property tests of 48 specimens, hydraulic tests of 15 sampling pipes and flattening test of 32 sampling pipes. Through an analysis of the data about these tests, it is concluded that all these properties acted in obedience to normal distribution. According to the criteria of GB3087, an acceptable probability is not satisfied. Hence, the reliability of using these misused pipes is furthermore calculated with a stress-strength interference model. It is proposed that 18.75% of the pipes with a low reliability have to be replaced immediately.
