摘要
针对原耐磨耐腐蚀球阀存在阀座密封圈与球芯接触面积大,开关不够灵敏及上下阀杆材料利用率低等相关问题,设计了新型耐磨耐腐蚀球阀。通过改进设计,克服铸造时缺陷,达到了节能、节材及环保的目的。介绍了这种球阀的技术参数、特点以及核心部件阀座密封的结构,改善了球阀的密封质量,提高了可靠性。在实际运行中得到了很好的验证,达到预期效果,具有广泛的推广价值和使用价值。
Owing to the big contact area of the former durable grind with the erosive ball valve, inadequate sensitivity of the switch and low material utilization rate of both the upper and lower valve poles, we analyze the above problem and design a new wear-resistant and abrasion-proof ball valve, to overcome the flaws, save the energy resources and materials, and protect the environment by improving the design. The paper introduces the technical parameter, work principle, trait, core parts and sealed structure with regard to the ball valve. The structure ameliorates airproof quality of the ball valve,improves the longevity and reliability. The method achieves an unexpected effect in practices, have the value of popularization and use.
