摘要 介绍了管线钢应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)的概念、类型、形成机理、影响因素及预防措施。介绍了应力腐蚀开裂类型,即近中性pH-SCC和高pH-SCC,比较其发生条件和形貌特征。阐述了SCC的影响因素,主要包括环境因素、力学因素和材料因素。探讨了SCC形成机理,高pH-SCC的形成机理的普遍解释为阳极溶解机理,近中性pH-SCC的形成机理尚未达成共识。最后得出应力腐蚀开裂的预防措施,即采用性能优良的防腐层及建立管道寿命预测和SCC控制等措施。 This paper provides an overview of the types, mechanisms, effective factors and preventive measures for stress corrosion cracking (SCC). According to the types of SCC , namely near-neutral pH and high pH SCC, it compares the condition for the occurrence of corrosion and its appearance and characteristic. The effective factors of SCC are a potent environment, a susceptible pipe material and a tensile stress. The mechanism of high pH SCC is an anodic dissolution mechanism. The preventive measures of SCC are developed on a predictive model and the use of special coating can control SCC effectively.
