保险电子商务发展问题初探

Research on the Question of E-Insurance

保险电子商务是今后保险业发展的趋势之一,我国各家保险公司及保险网站对保险电子商务虽有涉足,但未能在社会公众里引起较大的影响,除了技术原因之外,对保险电子商务的立法规范以及监管缺位是阻碍其发展的重要原因。首先提出电子合同的认可度及电子签名的法律效力两个问题,然后就保险电子商务监管提出了一些看法。

E-insurance is the trend of insurance development. The effect of China＇s insurance companies and websites relate to e-insurance is not obvious for public. Except the technological factor, the scarce of legislation and supervision for e-insurance is the main problem. The article gives two proposals including the recognize of e-contract and the validity of e-signature. Some opinions are gived on how to supervise e-insurance in the end of this essay.
