生态经济视阈下的游牧人口定居研究——以甘南牧区为例

A Study on the Nomadic Population Settlement from the Perspective of Ecological Economy——A Case Study of Gannan Pastureland

阐述了甘南牧区概况,从区域生态环境承载力的角度,分析了游牧人口定居的必要性,在肯定成绩的同时,分析了定居存在的一些问题,提出了适宜游牧人口定居的模式选择和机制研究,它有利于甘南牧区生态与经济的双赢。

Based on an illustration of circumstances of Gannan pastureland, the author made an analysis of firstly, the thesis described the regional overview. Then from the view of regional ecological carrying capacity, it analyzed the urgent of the nomadic population settlement in Gannan pastoral areas. On the basis of confirming achievements, it expounded some problems during the curse of settlement. Finally, the thesis pointed out that multi-level patterns and supporting mechanism are the keys of the nomadic population settlement in Gannan pastoral areas, which is helpful to form a win-win situation between ecology and economy.
