银杏叶对银屑病患者中性粒细胞趋化反应的影响 被引量:11

摘要 血小板活化因子(PAF)在银屑病发病中起重要作用,其拮抗剂的研究对银屑病的治疗有重要意义。应用琼脂糖玻片法对20例银屑病患者外用血中性粒细胞的趋化反应进行了观察,发现银杏叶能抑制PAF引起的趋化反应,为银杏叶治疗银屑病提供了理论依据。 Platelet activating factor (PAF) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. The study of its antagonist is significant for the treatment of psoriasis. Agarose slide technique was used to study the effect of Ginkgo biloba L. leaf on chemotraxis of peripheral blood polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) in vitro in 20 patiens with psoriasis. The result showed that Ginkgo leaf could inhibit chemotaxis induced by PAF. This finding provides the theoretical basis for the treatment of psoriasis with ginkgo biloba L. leaf.
