口服单剂量阿奇霉素治疗淋球菌性咽炎

A single oral dose of azithromycin in the treatment of gonococcal pharyngitis

用阿奇霉素治疗25例淋菌性咽炎患者。给药方法为单剂阿奇霉素1．0g顿服，7天后进行疗效评价，结果病人治愈率及细菌清除率均为96％（24／25），表明口服单剂量阿奇霉素治疗淋球菌性咽炎疗效确切。

Twenty-five patients with gonococcal pharyngitis were treated with a single dose of azithromycin 1. 0g. The efficacy of azithmmycin was evaluated on 7 days after completion of the treatment. Both the cure rate and the bacterial clearance rate were 96% (24/25). Our results show that a single dose Of oral azithromycin is effective for the treatment of gonococcal pharyngitis.
