摘要
对不同冻精稀释液配方进行对比试验,结果表明,配方Ⅰ和配方Ⅱ对奶牛冻精的活力效果基本一致,对西门达尔牛冻精的活力效果配方Ⅱ稍好于配方Ⅰ。在对冻精顶体完整率的对照试验中发现,荷斯坦牛和西门达尔牛都表现出配方Ⅲ明显好于配方Ⅱ。
Semen of two varieties of HS and XN bull was used as carrier,three formula of semen dilutor（ sign as Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ ）, devided into two groups,were compared. The results showed that formula Ⅰ and Ⅱ had similar sperm motility and formula Ⅱ had better rusuh than formula Ⅰ to the Sperm motility of XM. Besides, formula Ⅲ showed remarkable better effect to complete head percentage of fie apical body than formula Ⅱ.
