摘要
为评价制造信息质量,进而提高企业的经营质量,定义了制造信息和制造信息质量,将信息质量定义为事物、时间、空间、状态、来源、载体和表达方式等七个信息结构要素的函数。以事物、时间、空间和状态要素为制造信息质量评价的核心内容,建立了给定空间要素条件下的物料约束关系。以工作中心物料约束关系为基础,根据工作中心对应产出物料的实际投料与理论投料之间的比值分布特性,提出了基于统计过程控制的制造信息质量的评价方法。实践结果证明,该方法可以相对客观准确地评价制造信息质量。
To estimate quality of enterprise manufacturing information, thus improve management quality, manufacturing information and manufacturing information quality were firstly defined. Information quality was defined as a function of seven information structural elements:thing, time, space, status, origin, medium and expression. Taking thing, time, space and status as key content of manufacturing information quality estimation, material constraint relationship was constructed for a specified space element. By using this material constraint relationship and actual output of a work center, a ratio set of actual input to ideal input corresponding to the actual output was obtained. According to the distribution of the ratio elements, estimation method for manufacturing information quality was put forward on the basis of statistical process control.
