摘要
采用自编高校教师工作满意度调查问卷和SCL-90,对西安交通大学等陕西省部分高校318名教师进行了工作满意度和心理健康的调查研究。结果表明,①从总体上看,高校教师的工作满意度处于中等水平。高校教师的工作满意度在年龄、职称上存在显著差异。②陕西省高校教师心理健康水平显著低于国内普通人群。躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性8个因子上得分与全国常模呈显著差异。③工作满意度和心理健康水平存在明显的线性关系。从满意度维度来说,与心理健康关系最为密切的是领导支持因素和工作环境因素。
A self-developed questionnaire about university teachers' job satisfaction and SCL-90 were used to measure 318 university teachers from Xi'an Communications University and some others in Shanxi Province. The results show that firstly, on the whole, university teachers' job satisfaction is in the middle level. There are significant differences in terms of age and technical title, secondly, the mental health of university teachers in Shanxi Province is considerably lower than that of average domestic populations. By contrast with the domestic norm, the remarkable differences are present in scoring in the case of somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, and psychosis, and thirdly, job satisfaction falls into a linear relation with mental health. From the viewpoint of dimensions of job satisfaction, the factors most closely related to mental health are leadership support and working environment.
