摘要
目的:探讨儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的个性、行为及家庭环境的特征,为ADHD病因探索及早期干预提供科学依据。方法:应用艾森克个性问卷(儿童版)(EPQ-J)、Rutter儿童行为问卷(父母版)及家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)对40例ADHD儿童进行调查,并与40名相匹配的健康中小学生比较。结论:ADHD的发生、发展与患儿个性、行为特征及其特定的家庭环境密切相关,应引起医务人员的重视,并及早采取有效的针对性干预措施。
Objective Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common one of the mental disorders for children. To a great extent, it does harm to the patients. In this study, 40 patients with ADHD were investigated in order to analyze their personality, behavior and family environment. Meanwhile, 40 healthy children were enrolled as the control. Methods: In this study, 40 cases of children with ADHD in- cluding 29 boys and 11 girls aged 7-15 years were enrolled. In the meantime, 40 cases of matched children were enrolled as the control. All of them were interviewed by means of Eysenck' s Personality Questionnaire (EPQ-J). The parents of enrolled children were asked to complete PuRer Children Behavior Checklist and Family Environment Scale (FES-CV). Then, the data of the ADHD group were compared with those of the control group. Conclusions: The development and progress of ADHD have a close relationship with the personality, behavior and family environment of the children.
