辽宁省阜新县农村老年人群冠心病患病率及危险因素调查

Investigation on correlative risk factors and prevalence of coronary heart disease among rural olds in Liaoning province

目的了解辽宁省阜新县农村老年人群冠心病的患病率和相关危险因素,为辽宁省阜新县农村冠心病的防治和干预提供科学依据。方法采用随机分层整群抽样对辽宁省7个乡镇≥65岁4 541名农村常住(≥5年)老年人进行了调查。由培训过的医师对调查对象进行了血压测量和冠心病资料的收集。结果辽宁省农村老年居民冠心病患病率为6.80%,标化率为6.78%;男性为5.48%,女性为8.15%,性别间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元Logistic逐步回归显示性别、高血压家族史、高血压、高血脂、饮食不良等因素是冠心病患病的危险因素。结论辽宁省农村老年人群冠心病患病率高,应采取全面的冠心病预防控制措施,以减少冠心病的患病率。

Objective The objective of this study was to assess the prevalence rate of coronary heart disease and risk factors among rural old groups in Liaoning province, and to provide scientific basis for preventing and intervening measurement of coronary heart disease in the rural area for government. Methods Through duster multistage and random sampling to a resident （≥5 years） group of 4 541 people aged more than 65 years old in seven towns of Liaoning province. The measurement of blood pressure and correlative risk factors of coronary heart disease were investigated by trained doctors. Results The prevalence rate of coronary heart disease for the aged group in rural area of Liaoning was 6.80%, and the standardized prevalence rate was 6.78%. The prevalence of coronary heart disease for male and female were 5.48 % and 8.15 % respectively, and the difference of prevalenee between male and female was significant （ P 〈 0.05）. By Logistic regression, risk factors of sex, family history of hypertension, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, insalubrity of eating habit and so on were close to coronary heart disease occurring. Conclusion The results indicated that coronary heart disease of olcls was highly prevalent in Liaoning province. We should take comprehensive measures to decrease its prevalence in rural olds of Liaoning province.
