物业管理信息系统战略规划是物业服务企业战略规划的重要组成部分，是关于物业管理信息系统长远发展的规划。由于缺乏前瞻性的战略规划，物业管理信息系统的建设存在各种问题，这些问题严重影响了物业管理信息系统建设的质量和水平。本文探讨了物业管理信息系统战略规划的内容、层级结构、多维模型、战略规划步骤，就如何实施物业管理信息系统战略规划以及战略规划方法的选择提出了具体的建议。

Property management information system strategic planning（PMISSP） is an important component of the property services business strategic planning, and the planning of the property management information system（PMIS） on the long-term development. Lacking the forward-looking strategic planning, there are many issues in PMIS, which have seriously affected the quality and level. In this paper, the following topics of PMISSP are discussed： 1 .the content, the hierarchical structure, the multi-dimensional model,as well as the strategic planning steps of it;2. how to implement it ;3.choices of the strategic planning method.
