摘要 兼并重组已成为企业在经济全球化竞争中获取优势的重要战略。但企业兼并过程之后往往存在诸多问题,尤其以企业文化方面的融合最为突出。本文从企业兼并重组后可供选择的四种企业文化整合模式出发,研究了影响企业文化整合模式选择的因素及企业兼并重组过程中要注意的由于企业文化的差异所带来的成本问题,最后提出了企业兼并重组中企业文化整合的一些原则。 Mergers and acquisitions have become an important strategy for a company to get advantage in the global economic competitions. But there are still many issues after the acquisitions, especially in the merges of business culture. With four options of the merges modes of business culture for a company, this paper studies on the factors of the merges modes options in business acquisitions, and the cost issues caused by the business culture differences in the process of the mergers and acquisitions, and advances some principles of integration at last.
