摘要
为了提高弧面凸轮机构的强度和可靠性,基于啮合原理和微分几何的理论推导了弧面凸轮廓面方程,进而推导了弧面凸轮诱导曲率的表达式,提出了弧面凸轮与滚子接触应力计算力学模型,给出了弧面凸轮静接触强度与疲劳接触强度的设计校核方法,为弧面凸轮机构的强度与可靠性设计提供了精确化定量手段。通过设计实例验证了所提出的设计理论。
In order to increase the strength and reliability of the globoidal cam mechanism, the surface equation of the globoidal cam is deduced based on the engaging principle and differential geometry. The expression of the induced curvature of the globoidal cam are derived, the calculation model of contact stress of the globoidal cam and roller is presented, and the design and check methods of static and fatigue contact stress of the globoidal cam are given. The theory can provide the strength and reliability design of the globoidal cam mechanism with precise quantitative method. Through the design example the corresponding design theory are verified.
