摘要
为改善摆线轮修形齿廓啮合质量,在分析现有修形理论的基础上,使用最优化理论,通过逼近转角修形齿廓法向变动量曲线,并利用MATLAB优化工具箱搜寻等距加移距最佳修形量。以BZZ系列全液压转向器的摆线啮合副参数为例,优化的结果在保证摆线啮合副适当齿廓法向侧隙同时,最大逼近共轭齿廓,明显增大啮合区间,增加了同时啮合齿数。为摆线针轮啮合副齿廓修形设计和制造提供了新的方法。
In the interest of improving cycloidal modification profile meshing quality, optimal value of modification equidistance and moved distance is optimized by optimization theory and approach the curve of normal gap of modification of rotated angle and optimization toolbox of MATLAB software, On the basis of analyzing existing modification the flank shape methods. As a example of BZZ the full-hydrostatic steering control units cycloidal pair practical parameter, the result hugely approaches to conjugate profile and clearly increases meshing part and meshing gear quantity, at the same time, assuring appropriate meshing normal gap. The new method obtains for cycloidal modification gear design and manufacture.
