摘要
当前,凸轮设计侧重于产生面向运动学分析的凸轮轮廓曲面,缺少对凸轮完整几何模型的构建。提出了一种由凸轮实物重构几何模型的设计方法,经特征分析、三坐标测量、数据处理、特征拟合和拼接等过程生成凸轮的CAD模型。该方法基于凸轮特征,重构的CAD模型既面向凸轮的设计,也面向凸轮的加工,应用广泛。以一盘形凸轮为例,阐述了该方法的实施过程。
Currently, the design of cam emphasizes on producing the surface of cam' s profile used for kinematics analysis, while lacking in the reconstruction of the whole geometric model of cam. A method of reconstructing geometric model from cam object is proposed, thus the CAD model is produced through feature analysis, measuring with CMM, data processing, feature fitting and blending. The method is based on cam features and the reconstructing model is oriented toward not only design but also manufacturing with wide applications. The implementation of the method is illustrated by an example of a disc cam.
