摘要
基于Pro/E操作平台,建立了新型余弦齿轮泵的几何模型,测量并计算了其困油容积,最后分析了其困油特性。结果表明,与相同参数的渐开线齿轮泵相比,余弦齿轮泵具有困油时间短、容积变化幅值小等优点,更有利于缓解齿轮泵的困油现象。
Based on Pro/Engineer, the model of the cosine gear pump is built. The trapping volumes are measured and calculated. A comparison study of trapping performance with the involute gear pump is also carried out in this work. The results confirm that the cosine gear pump has advantages of shorter course of trap and smaller trapping volume compared with the involute gear pump. These characteristics can relieve the trapping phenomenon of gear pump.
