针对塔机回转减速机接连出现机座断裂问题,先对机座模型进行简化,然后计算机座断裂面的弯曲应力,最后确定机座断裂的原因和应采取的措施。

To be aimed at the problem of the frame rupture which came forth firstly, of the slewing reducer the frame model is simplify, secondly, the bending stress of the frame rupture section is calcucated, Thirdly , the causes of the frame frature are determined and preventing measure is put forward.
