摘要
通过对带齿多层钢带传动时产生鼓包原因的分析,找到了带齿多层钢带各层长度变化量与金属带厚度的关系,提出一种制作带齿多层钢带的新方法。并从金属带材料的性能、金属带厚度两方面综合分析,解决钢带传动时的鼓包问题。
The causes resulting in bulges are analyzed when multi ?layess steel with gears belt works, the relation between layers' variable quantity and thickness of the steel belt is found out, a new method for making the steel belt is presented. Based on the properties of materials and the thick of the metallic belts, a synthetical approach is proposed for solving the bulges problems in the belt ?transmission.
