汽车主减速器总成传动误差测量系统研究与实现

摘要 根据汽车主减速器总成传动链的特点,介绍一种用于主减速器装配生产中的传动误差在线精密测量方法及其硬件实现。该方法通过高精度旋转编码器获取主动锥齿轮及左右半轴的角位移信号,利用CPLD对3路信号同步进行测量;采用插值方法,对离散测量数据构造插值函数逼近实际角位移函数;最后根据主减速器的传动关系,对3路角位移函数进行运算,从而实现主减速器总成瞬时传动误差的精密测量,为控制产品质量提供可靠保障。 A method to deal with transmission error (TE) and realization in a measurement system on assembly line is introduced, which is designed for transmission chain of final drive in vehicle. In this system, three angle displacement signals which are obtained from driving gear, left and right axle shaft via precise rotary encoder, are processed synchronously with CPLD device. By means of interpolation, angle displacement functions are approximately recovered from discrete signal data. And finally, the purpose of TE precise measurement becomes available from operating these functions on the principle of transmission relationship .
