摘要
目的:观察通心络胶囊对冠心病高危患者血脂的影响。方法:70例患者随机分为2组,每组35例,均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服通心络胶囊。结果:治疗组在降低TC、TG、LDL-C方面明显优于对照组。结论:通心络胶囊对冠心病高危患者血脂的影响显著。
Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on blood fat in patients with high risk coronary artery disease. Method Seventy cases were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group （ n = 35 ） were treated by routine therapy and patients in the treatment group （n = 35） were treated by Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of routine therapy. Results Decreasing of TC, TG and LDL - C in the treatment group was superior to those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule has definite effect on blood fat in patients with high risk coronary artery disease.
