摘要
给出了一种基于DDS AD9835的高压射频信号源的设计。该高压射频信号源频率为100 kHz^2 MHz,调整步长1 Hz,最大幅度可达1 200 Vp-p,且幅值频率均可调节。介绍了AD9835串行加载程序的方法和模拟信号放大的电路。该高压射频信号源性能可靠、结构简洁、成本低。
The design of a high voltage radio frequency signal generator based on AD9835 is proposed in this paper The signal generator which the frequency is set from 100kHz to 2MHz at 1Hz per step,the magnitude is also tunable 0-1200Vp-p is realized.The device is reliable,inexpensive and user-friendly.The principles and configuration of this device are specifically introduced in this paper.
