摘要
16例脑外伤并失语患者应用左侧颈总动脉注射甘露醇和脑活素加言语训练的方法进行治疗，并与同期19例常规方法治疗的对照组比较。结果：药物治疗结合言语训练的患者在意识好转、体征改善，尤其言语康复方面都优于对照组（P＜0．05），提示该方法可做为外伤性失语患者的一种有效的康复措施。
The patients with aphasia following brain injury was treated by injection of mannitol and cerebrolysin in the left carotis communis plus language training. The results showed that the patients receiving drug treatment plus language training had a better improvement in consciousness, signs, especilally in language rehabilitation than in the control group (P<0. 05). It was suggested that this method can be used as a rehabilitation measure in the treatment of aphasia following brain injury.
