摘要
首先建立了车架有限元模型,对其强度和刚度进行了分析;然后在疲劳试验机上进行试验,验证理论模型及分析结果的正确性。在此基础上,以车架轻量化为优化目标,车架主要构件截面尺寸为设计变量,刚度和强度为约束,对其结构进行优化,优化后车架质量减轻17.4%。
A finite element model for motorcycle frame is built with its strength and stiffness analyzed. The frame is also tested on fatigue test machine, verifying the results of analysis. Based on these, an optimization on frame structure is conducted with minimizing weight as objective, the section size of main frame parts as design variable and stiffness and strength as constraints. After optimization the mass of frame reduces by 17.4%.
