摘要
上海陆家浜路1100号地块商住楼工程在周边环境复杂的情况下,采用地下连续墙、搭设人行通道、周边建筑基础加固、遇恶劣气候下的混凝土浇筑等多项施工技术,充分利用时空效应,使位于闹市区11.6m的深基坑顺利完成,避免了对周边环境的影响。
Considering complex conditions around the commercial and residential building project located at lot No.1 100 on Lujiabang road, Shanghai, continuous diaphragm wall, pedestrian passageway, strengthening of surrounding building foundation and technique of concrete casting under rough weather are adopted and timespace effects are fully realized to guarantee successful completion of the 11.6 m deep foundation pit in downtown area and to avoid impacts on surrounding environment.
