BPH并发与未并发急性尿潴留患者术前血清PSA对比观察

Prostate specific antigen in BPH patients with and without acute urinary retention

为了解前列腺增生症（BPH）并发急性尿潴留与未并发尿潴留者血清前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）的变化，对21例BPH并发急性尿潴留及24例BPH未并发尿潴留者术前血清PSA进行了对比观察。结果显示BPH并发急性尿潴留组血清PSA异常者占76．2％，平均血清PSA为14．2μng／L，其中PSA＞10．0μg／L者占52．4％。BPH未并发急性尿潴留级血清PSA异常者占37．5％，平均血清PSA为5．1μg／L，其中PSA＞10．0μg／L者仅占8．3％。两组比较有极显著性差异（P＜0．01）。认为BPH并发急性尿潴留者的血清PSA可明显升高。

The value of serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) was determined in 21 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with acute urinary retention and in 24 cases of BPH without a-cute urinary retention. Of BPH patients with acute urinary retention,PSA levels increased abnor-mally with mean value of 14. 2 μg/L in 76. 2% patients and were more than 10.0μg/L in 52. 4% patients. Of BPH patients without acute urinary retention. PSA levels increased abnormally with mean value of 5. 1μg/L in 37. 5% patients and were more than 10.0μg/L in 8- 3% patients only.The difference between two groups was highly significant in statistics (P<0. 01). It was consid-ered that the value of serum PSA increased significantly in BPH patients with acute urinary reten-tion.
