经尿道治疗复杂性后尿道狭窄(附22例报告)

Transurethreal treatment of complicated stricture of posterior urethra (Report of 22 cases)

为提高经尿道治疗复杂性后尿道狭窄的疗效，采用二步切开及会师切开法治疗22例复杂性后尿道狭窄和闭锁。结果：22例患者手术顺利。随访3～8个月，19例排尿通畅，疗效满意。并对切开尿道的方法、瘢痕切除的范围及导尿管留置的时间进行了探讨。

In order to improve transurethreal curative effect of complicated posterior urethra strictrue, 22 cases of complicated posterior urethra strictrue were treated using two-step internal urethrotomy. The results showed that the operation was performed smoothly- Follow-up for 3-8 months, 19 patients voided urine fluently. The method of urethrotomy,the depth and extent of scar resection,and the placement of urine catheter were discussed.
