摘要
门架是全向侧面叉车的重要部件,其力学性能严重影响全向侧面叉车的使用。本文采用Solidworks软件对门架进行实体建模,直接导入COSMOSWorks插件对门架进行有限元分析,得出门架在危险工况下的力学性能,保证了门架工作的安全性;运用COSMOSMotion插件对门架模型进行运动学仿真,模拟了门架的实际工作过程,获得了门架支撑轮处的反作用力,为准确获得门架作用在滑道上的载荷提供了一种有效的计算方法。
The mast is a very important component of the multi - direction side loading forklift truck, and its mechanics properties have an important influence on the truck's operation. The paper builds a solid model of the mast by Solidworks, and carries out the finite element analysis by COSMOSWorks plug - in package. It finally comes to the conclusion that the mast's mechanical properties, under dangerous condition, can ensure the safe operation of the truck. Then it simulates the actual operational process of the mast to obtain the reaction force on the support roller using COSMOSMotion plug - in package. This approach can be characterized as the ideal tool for calculating the load on the roller.
