摘要
使用4-羟基吡啶、1,5-二氯戊烷和1-碘代烷,合成了系列新型双子季铵盐4,4′-(1,5-戊撑二羟基)双(1-碘化烷基吡啶)(PA-n,n=6、8、10、12、14、16和18)。抗菌试验结果表明,PA-12具有该系列中最高的抗菌活性,对于E.coliIFO 3301和S.aureusIFO 12732的最小抑菌浓度(M IC)分别达到0.5μmol/L和0.4μmol/L。相对于单季铵盐苯扎氯铵(BAC),PA-12的抗菌活性不但对温度和pH环境因素的变化基本稳定,而且不依赖微生物细胞表面的疏水性,对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌两类菌群都表现出了优异的抑制和杀灭能力。
New bactericidal agent series, gemini -type quaternary ammonium salts, 4, 4' - (1, 5 - pentamethylene dihydroxy ) - his ( 1 - alkylpyridinium iodide ) C hereinafter refer to as PA - n, where n represents the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl chains,n = 6,8,10,12,14,16 and 18 ] were prepared using 4- hydroxypyridine,1 ,5 -dichloropentane and iodoalkanes as starting materials. The results of antibacterial evaluation showed that PA - 12 has MICs of 0.5 μmol/L and 0. 4 μmol/L against E. coli IFO 3301 and S. aureus IFO 12732, respectively, which are the highest antibacterial activity of the series of PA - n. Comparing with the conventional single quaternary ammonium salt, benzalkonium chloride (BAC), PA- 12 performs not only better stability to the environmental factors of temperature and pH, but also similar antibacterial performance against both gram - positive and gram - negative bacteria without dependence on the cell surface hydrophobicity.
