On the Scientific View of Development and the Construction of Harmonious Society

科学发展观是侧重生产力理论的创新,社会主义和谐社会论是侧重生产关系理论的创新。实现科学发展观与构建和谐社会的有机衔接,关键是统筹协调好公平和效率的关系。

The scientific view of development is the innovative theory which stresses the importance of productive force, so is the theory concerning the harmonious socialist society. To link up the scientific view of development and the construction of harmious society, we have to plan as a whole the relation between justice and efficiency.
