摘要
在海人酸(KA)诱导的复杂部分性癫痫大鼠中,应用放免法测定了血浆和海马结构内生长抑素(SS)在癫痫发作过程中的变化。结果发现:海马结构内SS含量在注入KA0.5h后,较对照组下降5.05%;1h下降到最低点为22.63%;3h虽有所回升,仍下降20.72%,与对照组比较P<0.05,呈显著性差异,24h减少了19.61%。血浆内SS含量变化相对较小,注入KA0.5h,血浆内SS含量上升了6.5%,此后呈下降趋势,但与对照组比较无显著性差异。
In the study we investigated therelationship between somatostatin (SS) and seizuresin the kainic acid-induced complex partial rats.Using RIA,SS on the hippocampal formation andplasma was measured during the seizures. The resultsshowed the 5. 09% decrease of SS content on thehippocampal formation 0. 5h after KA injection .and22. 63% and 20. 72% reduction 1h and 3h in KAtreatment respectively with significant difference,compared to the controls24h after KA injection SS content wasreduced 19. 61 % than the controls. Compared to thehippocampal formation,the changes of SS content onthe plasma was swall. SS content of the plasma wasincreased 6. 58 % 0. 5h after KA injection and therewas the tendence of decrease afterwards. Betweenthe KA treatment and the control groupsrespectively there was no statistical significant difference.
