摘要
观察了促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)兴奋试验对14例未治疗的Graves甲亢(A组),12例治疗后甲功恢复正常的Graves病(B组),10例未治疗的桥本甲亢(C组),13例来治疗甲功正常桥本甲炎(D组)患者及15例健康对照(E组)者血清TSH及T3、T4的影响。发现TSH反应正常组(B、D、E组)血清T3、T4均显著上升,其中MCA和TGA阳性的桥本甲炎组上升幅度最低(D组)。而TSH无反应组(A、C组)血清T3、T4不仅没有上升,反而有所下降,但无统计学差异,下降幅度以MCA、TGA最高的桥本甲亢组最大(C组)。并简要讨论其发生机制。
We observed the serum T3, T4 andTSH levels after IV administration of TRH in 14 patients with untreated hyperthyroid Graves' disease(group A ), in 12 euthyroid patients with treatedGraves' disease (group B ), in 10 untreatedHashitoxicosis patients (group C ), in 13 untreatedeuthyroid patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis(group D)and in 15 healthy subjects (group E). Theresults showed that TRH administration resulted ina significant increase in serum T3 and T4 levels after90 minutes in groups B, D and E, and increase levelwas the lowest in the group with positive MCA andTGA (group D). In contrast, the serum T3 and -T4,were not only unincreased but also lightly decreasedin the groups A and C after administration of TRHand decrease level was the highest in the group withpositive MCA and TGA (group C ). The mechanisms are discussed briefly.
