利用苦参碱分子中叔胺能强烈淬灭MAA荧光试剂的荧光强度，对免血中微量和痕量苦参碱的监测，使用实用药代动力学计算公式，求出系列药动学参数，效果良好。

Because triamine in matrine moleculecan strongly quench fluorescent strength of MAAreagent, we can monitor micro-matrine and trace matrine. We obtained a series of pharmacokineticsparameters by using practical pharmacokinetics formula. The result was good.
