摘要
目的探讨利用跟骨解剖型钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法用跟骨解剖型钢板对24例27足跟骨骨折患者进行手术内固定结合自体髂骨或异体骨植骨治疗。骨折分型采用Sanders分型法,随访时间8～20个月,平均14个月。结果术后皮缘坏死4足,经治疗痊愈。按MaryLand足部评分系统评价术后足功能,本组27足骨折中,优12足,良11足,可4足,优良率85%。结论跟骨解剖型钢板内固定对跟骨骨折治疗疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the effect of internal fixation with anatomic plate on fracture of calcaneus. Methods 27 calcaneus of 24 patients were fixed with anatomic plate and treated with hone-graft of auto-ilium or homogeneity variant bone. All the cases were typed with the method of Sanders, they were followed up for 8 to 20 months （ 14 months on average ）. Results Postoperative necrosis of skin happened in 4 cases and healed after treaiment. According to Maryland foot rating system, postoperative foot functions of 12 cases were excellent,11 were good and 4 were fair,the excellent and good rate was 85%. Conclusion The effect of the internal fixation of anatomic plate for fracture of calcaneus is satisfactory.
