摘要 目的立足护理事业创新发展的战略高度,从护理职业要求的角度研究分析新生代护士的特征和优势,认清加强入职期培养对新生代护士成长和发展所产生的连锁反应和多面性。方法2005年7月-2007年12月,我院对新分配护士进行基础理论、基础操作、兴趣、职业行为习惯和服务能力培养,抽查服务质量。结果患者和医生满意度均有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论加强入职期护士的培养,可提高医院护理工作质量,满足社会发展的需要。 Objective To analyze the characteristic and advantage of new generation of nurses from the viewpoint of nursing profession, and investigate the profound influence of the training in the induction period on the nursing staff based on the strategic location of innovation and development of nursing cause. Methods From July 2005 to December 2007, the new nurses received the training of basic theory ,basic operation ,interest ,vocational habits and service ability. The quality of service was checked. Results The satisfactory of patients and doctors was improved evidently ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion To strengthen the training of nurses in the induction period can improve the quality of hospital care, and meet the needs of social development.
