牛肝醇提物体外抗氧化及对果蝇学习记忆行为的影响

Antioxidative Activity of Ethanol Extract from Cattle Liver and its Effects on Learning-memory Behavior of Drosophila

本文研究了牛肝醇提物对羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子(O2-)、1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基(DPPH·)的清除作用,结果表明牛肝醇提物具有明显的体外抗氧化活性。经果蝇的学习记忆性实验研究表明牛肝醇提物也具有增强果蝇学习记忆的功能。

In this article, scavenging effects of ethanol extract from cattle liver on superoxide anion radical （O2） ,hydroxyl radicals （.OH）, and 1,1-diphenyl-2 -picrylhydrazyl （DPPH-） were studied. The result indicated that ethanol extract from cattle liver had high antioxidative activity. It was also found that this ethanol extract could improve the ability of learning and memory of drosophila.
