摘要
对北冬虫夏草液体发酵培养基碳氮比进行了优化。其最适碳源、氮源分别为:蔗糖5.56%,蛋白胨1.02%。此条件下,北冬虫夏草的菌丝体干重可达到33.8g/L。
Base on the single factor experiments, carbon/nitrogen ratio of liquid medium of Cordyceps militaris was optimized using Central composite design (CCD) methods with the SAS software. Results showed that the optimum contents of sucrose and peptone were of 5.56% and 1.02%, respectively, under which the dry cell weight was 33.8g/L.
