摘要
对26例已确诊的宫颈癌Ⅱb、子宫内膜癌Ⅱ及Ⅲ期患者施行全子宫、双附件切除术＋盆腔术中放疗，术前、术后补充体外、腔内放疗。26例患者顺利完成治疗，未见明显不良反应，无严重并发症出现。提示妇科肿瘤的术中放疗可获得良好近期疗效。
Purpose to test the use of intraoperative radiotherapy in gynecologic malignancy. Methods26 patients with stage Ⅱ b cervical cancer and stageⅡ ～Ⅲ endometrioma received hysterosalpingooophorectomy plus pelvic intraoperative irradiation,pre-and post-operative external and intracavitary irradiation. Results 26 patients all completed the therapy without serious complications. Conclusion Intraoperative radiotherapy in gynecologic malignancy appears to get better effect but long-term outcome remains to be defined.
