论我国高校教师申诉制度的正当程序构建

在高校教师申诉制度中引入正当程序对维护教师合法权益具有重要意义。我国高校教师申诉制度在程序上缺乏中立性、参与性、对等性和合理性。因此,应当制定符合正当程序理念的教师申诉管理办法,健全教师申诉处理机构,增加重大的正当程序环节。

It＇s important for protecting teachers＇ lawful right to put the due process into the teachers＇ appealing system in university. Currently, the teachers＇ appealing system in university are lacking in neutrality, participation, equivalency and rationality. Therefore, it＇s highly necessary to take countermeasures to formulate management measures, improve administration institutions and increase the main proceedings for the due process of teachers＇ appealing system.
