Operation Effectiveness Evaluation for Anti-Terrorism Troop Based on Gray Custer Method

评估反恐分队作战效能对加强反恐部队建设、提高反恐能力有一定的指导意义。本文根据影响反恐作战的主要因素,建立了比较全面的评价指标体系。运用层次分析的方法确定各指标的权重系数。采用灰色聚类的评价方法将子效能聚合成反恐作战的体系效能。其中要素包括样本矩阵、灰类、白化权函数。由此实现反恐分队作战效能的量化评估。最后通过实例分析和计算,证明评价模型的合理、有效、可行。

The assessment of anti-terrorism troop combat capacity has practical significance for impelling the construction of the armored force and improving the battle effectiveness. According to the primary factors that influence anti-terrorism military, this paper establishes a relatively comprehensive system of evaluated guideline. The effectiveness index weights are achieved with AHP method. The sub-effectiveness value is combined into anti-terrorism system operational effectiveness with the gray custer method. The core of gray custer evaluation method consists of three parts： sample matrix, gray class and whitenization weight function, so as to come to quantization evaluation of anti-terrorism troop operational effectiveness. Finally, the evaluating model is proved to be reasonable, effective and feasible by analyzing and calculating with an example.
