Cr_(12) 钢马氏体—贝氏体复相处理强韧化及应用

摘要 研究了Cr12钢贝氏体含量与马氏体一贝氏体复相组织力学性能关系和工艺参数对强韧性的影响.结果表明,低温回火马氏体—贝氏体复相组织中含15%~25%下贝氏体时能显著提高钢的强韧性及模具使用寿命. This paper is about the dependence between the content of bainite in C r12 steel and the mechanical property with (M+B) duel-phase structure as well as the effect of technical parameters on strengthening and toughening .The result shows that if the bainite content of (M+B) dual-phase structure is between 15%~25% the strengthening and toughening and the service life of die will be greatly increased.
