Several Problems in Cadastral Measurement

在分析国内外地籍测量现状的基础上，对地籍测量的内容、测绘方法、比例尺、精度、地形图与地籍测量的关系等问题进行了归纳和论述．指出地籍测量的核心是解决权属问题，故精度指标的确定应满足在划分权属范围时没有争议为基本原则，通过分析和论证，可归结到界址点的测定精度上．还指出坐标地籍的重要性及其实际意义．

On the basis of analysing the present situation of cadastral measurement both in China and abroad,the following problems are studied:the content of cadastral measurement,the method of surveying and mapping,measuring scale,precision,the relationship between topographic map and cadastral measurement and so on.The paper shows the core of cadastral measurement is to solve the problem of possession,thus the determination of precision index should satisfy the basic principle that there is no dispute when the possession range is divided and resulted in the measurement precision of boundary marker by analysing and proving.The importance and significance of coordinate cadastral measurement in practice is introduced in the article.
