讨论了怎样选择地区的主导产业问题，提出了选择主导产业的主要依据是技术依据和经济依据，采用定量计算及定性分析的方法，阐明了主导产业的确定．
The question of how to choose the leading industry of a region is discussed.The main bases for choosing the leading industry are technology and economy.By means of quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis the selection of leading industry is stated.
